Key responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality and evidence-based care to patients within the Intensive Care Unit.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain effective communication and therapeutic relationships with patients, families and healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.
- Contribute to safety, quality improvement, audits and service initiatives within the Intensive Care Unit.
