Key responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and staff performance
- Lead and support a small, friendly team
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and roadside
- Perform battery testing, diagnosis, and installations
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and store presentation
- Drive sales, profitability, and KPI achievement
- Ensure fast turnaround for roadside assistance jobs

About you

- Retail or automotive leadership experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable,



organised, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work weekends when required
- Valid driver's licence
- Technical confidence (battery training provided)
