BWE Drilling is seeking a proactive HSE Advisor for our Drill & Blast division, based in Western Australia. The role focuses on field safety, coaching site teams and aligning day-to-day activities with broader safety initiatives.

You'll work closely with site leaders and our HSEQT team, operating on a FIFO roster from Perth (8 days on, 6 days off). Solid communication and practical problem solving are essential.
