About the Role:

We're looking for a friendly and organisedReceptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our care community at Warrandyte Gardens Care Community three days per week (Mon-Wed).

What You'll Do:

Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents,



families, and visitors.

n

Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.

n

Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.

n

Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering.

n

Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.

n

What You'll Need:

n

Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role

n

A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills

n

Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

n

Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office

n

A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere

n
