About The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for working with both new and existing clients to quote, manage, and deliver locksmithing project work. Your role will include:

- Attending sites to complete surveys and gather project information

- Preparing quotes

- Following up quotes and converting opportunities into confirmed jobs





- Project managing jobs through our internal systems

- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients

- Working closely with our operations, scheduling, and service teams

- Working alongside three other experienced BDMs in the same role

About You:

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who understands the trade and wants to use that knowledge in a more client-facing, project-focused position. We are looking for someone who:

- Has locksmithing trade experience

- Is ready to move off the road and into a new career pathway

- Communicates well with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

- Is organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once

- Has a willingness to learn quoting, project management, and sales

- Enjoys building relationships and solving problems

- Wants to be part of a supportive and experienced team
