We're WIRED Overhead Solutions, part of the Genus Plus Group, and a specialist OHLE design, construction and maintenance business with a proven track record across Australia's major rail projects. We're looking for a Digital Engineering - Lead to lead CAD quality, digital delivery and model coordination across our projects.

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline
n
- Extensive CAD and digital engineering experience within rail or multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
n
- Proven experience leading CAD delivery, drawing quality and technical teams
n
- Advanced capability in AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit, with knowledge of 12D desirable
n
- Strong understanding of rail design, OHLE interfaces, engineering standards and construction requirements
n
- Experience coordinating 2D drawings, 3Dmodels and staged design deliverables
n
- Strong communication, leadership, organisational and problem-solving capability
n
- High attention to detail and a commitment to safety, constructability and quality
n
- Construction Induction Card and Rail Industry Worker competencies, or the ability to obtain them
n

Job Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the quality and consistency of CAD, drawing and digital engineering outputs
n
- Establish and maintain CAD standards, templates, checking processes and model requirements
n
- Lead CAD delivery and team development for the ROCB project during the initial Pinkenba deployment
n
- Coordinate the production ,review and issue of 2D drawings, 3Dmodelsand digital deliverables
n
- Manage multidisciplinary interfaces and work closely with design, project and construction teams
n
- Mentor CAD designers and modellers, allocate work and support capability development
n
- Provide oversight of stage designs, CPS outputs, document control and revision management
n
- Identify delivery risks early and ensure outputs meet client, safety,



quality and constructability requirements
n
- Support project mobilisation, bids and continuous improvement in digital delivery practices
n
