About the Role:

We are seeking part-time and casual trainers and assessors for the following qualifications:

CPC31320 - Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

Hobart CBD Campus - First Aid Course

HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

HLTAID010 – Provide basic emergency life support

HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid

As a Trainer/Assessor, you will deliver high-quality vocational education, assess students’ competency, and support their learning journey. Selection Criteria

- Demonstrate current industry skills directly relevant to the qualification

- Have current knowledge of vocational training and learning practices

- Have sound knowledge of the relevant Training Package

- Possess significant industry experience

- Have classroom-based training delivery experience

- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Police Check

- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check for Victoria

- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration for Tasmania

- Demonstrate strong organisational, time-management and record-keeping skills

- Commitment to maintaining industry currency and ongoing career development

Training and Assessment Credentials:

- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or an accepted equivalent

- Hold vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed (or equivalent)

- Current First Aid/CPR qualifications for the First Aid Trainer and Assessor
