Commonwealth Bank in Sydney is seeking a Digital Content Specialist for a 12-month term. You will craft transparent, accessible content across the CommBank app, NetBank, CEBA and other digital channels, using content design, UX writing and customer insight.

Collaborate with product, design, research and risk teams to simplify information, improve journeys and drive a consistent editorial voice. You’ll translate complex policies into customer-friendly language and contribute to content standards.
