We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Lead to guide one of our engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in .NET and Angular, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a Technical Lead at Aviato Consulting, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects and ensuring the successful execution of our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design and development of robust and scalable applications using the.NET framework and Angular.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Drive the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance our development process and product offerings.




- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET (C#, .NET Core) and Angular .
- Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- A deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
