Optus is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist – Observability and NMS to define strategy, governance, deployment and evolution of Fault and Performance Monitoring across the network. You will ensure robust operational assurance, service quality and fault visibility for Optus’ 4G/5G transformation.

You will lead engineering, operations and vendor teams, shape roadmaps, manage budgets and drive cross-functional delivery while mentoring a high‑performing observability team.
