A new opportunity has been created within a mid-size practice with locations across NSW. The practice is well established and are renowned for their professionalism and quality service provided to clients. Due to an internal promotion, a new position is available for an Associate Adviser to work alongside one of the Senior Advisers assisting in the development and delivery of technical and strategic financial advice for a range of clients including Retirees, Wealth Creators, Government employees etc.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Attend client meetings, completing fact find information and file notes using AI.
- Research and assist in the development of appropriate technical and strategic advice.
- Develop and formulate Statements of Advice and Records of Advice.
- Be a point of contact for clients, delivering solutions for client inquiries.
- Facilitate and take part in the advice review process.
- Maintain accurate client information to meet compliance and reporting requirements.
- Be part of a cohesive team, delivering positive client outcomes.
We are ideally seeking the following experience:
- Experienced Associate or Senior Client Services Officer with paraplanning experience.
- Ability to prioritize workflow to achieve business and client outcomes.
- Strong technical knowledge across Investments, Superannuation & Retirement planning.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, AI and various platforms.
- Strong communication skills, able to work well with other team members and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, able to produce accurate reports.
- Close completion of Financial Planning or Tertiary qualification
