A recent medical practice is opening in Scarborough at the end of October, and we're looking for GPs who would like to be part of its story from day one.

Designed around quality general practice, clinical autonomy and sustainable working arrangements, this is an opportunity to establish yourself within a new clinic while servicing a local patient population of approximately 15,000 people across all age groups.

Why this opportunity is different

You'll be joining at an exciting stage early enough to have genuine input into how the practice develops, without having to build everything yourself.

The clinic will open with two existing GPs, nursing and administrative support and onsite pathology, with plans to expand allied health services as the practice grows.

For the right doctors, there will also be opportunities to explore future ownership and profit sharing arrangements, creating the potential for your contribution to the practice to become more than simply a percentage of billings.

The clinical opportunity

This practice offers a diverse patient demographic, including a significant 65+ population, providing plenty of scope to develop your own areas of clinical interest.

The practice will offer broad general practice alongside services including:

General dermatology and skin cancer medicine

Skin procedures

Women's and men's health

Antenatal care and family planning

Sexual health

Child and family health

Sports medicine

Mental health

There is plenty of opportunity for individual GPs to develop particular interests and contribute to the future clinical direction of the practice.

The practical details

Billings: 70% to the GP
Earning potential: Approximately $2,000–$3,000+ per day,



dependent on hours, patient demand and individual billing patterns
Commitment: Full‑time or part‑time – flexible arrangements available

Parking: Dedicated GP parking

Practice hours

Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
Saturday–Sunday | 9:00am–2:00pm
