From engineering design and 3D CAD modelling through to fabrication, repairs, truck body builds, trailer modifications and custom engineered solutions, our experienced team provides practical, compliant and durable solutions designed to perform in demanding operating environments.
Based in Warnervale on the Central Coast, we combine engineering expertise with quality fabrication and precision workmanship to deliver projects from concept and design through to fabrication and completion.

With continued growth and exciting developments ahead, we are seeking two experienced and motivated Boilermaker / Fabricators to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Performing welding, cutting and fabrication using a range of techniques and equipment

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications

Fabricating and welding structural steel, heavy vehicle components and custom assemblies

Completing repairs, modifications and custom fabrication projects as required

Operating workshop machinery, tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Applying practical problem-solving skills to fabrication and repair challenges

Working collaboratively with engineers, tradespeople and other team members

Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and workplace safety





Accurately documenting completed work, repairs and inspections

About You

Trade qualification in Boiler making/Fabrication (highly preferred, however extensive relevant experience will also be considered)

Previous experience with truck body building and heavy vehicle fabrication – highly regarded

Strong proficiency in a range of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG and stick

Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual and team-oriented

Forklift licence (desirable but not essential), or willingness to obtain

Strong understanding of WHS requirements and commitment to secure work practices
