We are looking for a genuinely experienced painter who can confidently step into the role and contribute from day one.

We are a small, close-knit team that values quality work, reliability and respect. We enjoy working together and are looking for someone who wants to become a trusted, long-term member of the business.

This is not an entry-level or trainee position. You must have solid professional painting experience, be able to work efficiently without close supervision and consistently produce work to a high standard.

The right person will:

- Have proven professional painting experience

- Be confident with preparation, cutting in, brushwork, rolling and finishing

- Be capable of working independently and managing assigned tasks

- Work well as part of a small team

- Be punctual, dependable and consistent with attendance

- Communicate clearly and let the team know promptly if an issue arises

- Take pride in completing work properly and efficiently

- Have a positive, flexible attitude and be willing to assist with a range of tasks

- Treat customers, workmates, equipment and job sites with respect

- Be looking for stable, long-term employment

Reliability is extremely important to us. We need someone who arrives on time, is ready to work and can be counted on by the rest of the team.

About the role





You will work both independently and alongside our team across a variety of painting tasks and projects. You will need to follow instructions when required, use your own judgement when working alone and help the team complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.

Because we are a small business, every team member matters. We are looking for someone who is comfortable pitching in, adapting when needed and contributing to a positive, no-drama working workplace.
