A well-established seafood processing facility is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of their night operation.

This is a permanent full time role paying $85,000 – $95,000 + superannuation. Nights (12am-9am) 5 days including Saturday night.

Overnight, the site is yours. You'll run the crew, keep dispatch on schedule, and hand the day team a clean, accurate, audit-ready site every morning.

What you'll be doing

- Leading a night crew of process workers, cleaners and store persons
- Allocating labour across the shift and adjusting as volumes change
- Managing inwards goods, put-away, picking and staging for morning dispatch
- Overseeing chiller and freezer stock — FIFO rotation, stock accuracy, cycle counts
- Running the shift handover: production numbers, stock movements, issues, incidents
- Owning WHS on shift — toolbox talks, hazard reporting, incident response
- Enforcing food safety and hygiene standards; signing off cleaning and temperature records for HACCP
- Coaching and holding the team accountable — attendance, output, standards
- Working with the day shift supervisor and production manager to keep the site running as one operation
- Reporting directly to General Manager

What you'll need





- Supervisory or leading hand experience in warehousing, distribution, food processing or manufacturing
- Current forklift licence (LF) desirable but not essential
- Solid understanding of stock control and warehouse systems (WMS/ERP experience an advantage)
- Comfortable working in cold environments (chillers ~2°C, freezers to -18°C)
- Confident with people — you can set a standard and hold it without turning it into a fight
- Sound computer and paperwork skills — this role has real reporting attached to it
- Full working rights in Australia and your own reliable transport

Advantageous

- Food processing background (seafood, meat, poultry, dairy)
- HACCP, food safety supervisor or internal auditing experience
- Cert IV in Leadership & Management, Warehousing or WHS desirable but not essential
- First aid / fire warden
