TeamKids is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our NSW team, supporting Directors and Educators to deliver fun, secure, and high-quality OSHC programs. You will manage 11-15 schools, drive growth, and visit sites daily to ensure smooth operations and strong team performance.

You will coach Directors and Educators, foster collaboration, and represent TeamKids with authenticity and energy, promoting our values across the network.
