We’re looking for a Field Force Data & Operations Coordinator to join our proactive and collaborative team basedin Marsden Park

This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating activities, solving problems and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll play an important role in supporting our Field Force team by ensuring information is accurate, tickets and work orders are actioned promptly, and our teams have the information they need to deliver a high standard of service across our portfolio.

You will ideally come from a coordination, operations, administration, data or customer service background and have:

- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Comfortable working with systems and data
- Solid communication and stakeholder skills
- Able to prioritise and work independently
- A proactive problem solver who looks for better ways of working
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI , Netsuite or vWork is an advantage.

Here is what you will doing

- Coordinate information between external and internal teams and stakeholdersto ensure all parties are clear in understanding what is required.
- Coordinate and manage assembly information and activation in Service Now.
- Update & audit inhouse bespoke data systems.
- Receive and process tickets incoming from the1800 hotline and email alerts
- Receive and process all SNOW to vWork work orders.
- Ensure all jobs are allocated and executive in a timely manner by field operational staff
- Assist in reporting and managing existing reports.
- Assist System Performance Analyst from time to time
- Work closely with team leaders to schedule and plan resources for upcoming installs or project
