Leasing Consultant | Junior Property Manager

As a Leasing Consultant / Junior Property Manager, you will play an important role in delivering a high level of service to our landlords, tenants and prospective renters.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting residential property inspections and open homes
- Responding to rental enquiries and following up prospective tenants
- Processing rental applications and conducting reference checks
- Liaising with landlords and prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
- Preparing properties for leasing and ensuring they are presented to a high standard
- Coordinating keys, access and inspection appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and updating property management systems
- Assisting with rental advertising and ensuring listings are accurate and appealing
- Communicating with tenants and landlords professionally and promptly
- Handling difficult conversations and resolving issues professionally

About you

- Previous experience in leasing,



property management or a related real estate role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to follow established systems, processes and direction
- A high level of integrity and professionalism
- The ability to handle challenging situations and conflict calmly and respectfully
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team
