The Position

n

This role will see you working across the Hunter region, attending a mixture of scheduled jobs, service calls and project work.

n

Depending on your experience,



your day may involve diagnosing a system fault, completing preventative maintenance, installing new equipment, commissioning a system or working through a larger commercial project.

n

You'll be trusted to manage your work professionally from start to finish, with a strong focus on getting the job done properly and leaving the customer with a positive experience.

n

There is also the opportunity to provide guidance to less experienced technicians and apprentices and take a more senior role within the team.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Residential and commercial air conditioning / Refrigeration installations
n
- Complete preventative and reactive maintenance
n
- Service residential and commercial systems
n
- Commission and test completed installations
n
- Work with split, ducted and commercial systems
n
- Complete service reports and job documentation
n
- Communicate with customers regarding works being undertaken
n
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment
n
- Assist with the development of apprentices and junior team members
n

What You'll Bring

n

We're looking for someone who is technically capable, dependable and takes pride in the standard of their work.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Relevant qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
- Current ARCtick licence
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Solid HVAC/R service and installation experience
n
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Qualified approach and strong attention to detail
n
