Consider It Done Cleaning is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Cleaners to join our growing team in Rockhampton & Surrounding Areas. This is a casual position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of cleaning projects across our diverse client base. As a Casual Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our clients expect, whilst contributing to the reputation and success of Consider It Done Cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces in residential and commercial properties
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuum cleaners, mops, steam cleaners and pressure washers where applicable
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standard
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately in accordance with environmental guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour whilst representing Consider It Done Cleaning
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet client expectations and project deadlines
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times on site
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in cleaning services or a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
- Excellent time management and reliability
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different work environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Current police check or willingness to obtain one
- Valid driver's licence is a must
