About our role

Are you a compassionate,dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a casual role where yourexpertise is valued and your work-life balance is respected? We arelooking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Highfields,delivering truly patient-centred care across morning, afternoon,and evening shifts.

In this position, you will be a key leader within theResidential Aged Care team, who meets the clinical and personalneeds of residents, through the provision of preventative,palliative, and rehabilitative clinical care. The approach to careis holistic, taking into account the physical, social and spiritualneeds of each resident.

We offer a competitive rate of pay: $44.78 - $51.76 perhour, depending on experience + superannuation & shiftallowances.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering high quality, compassionate nursing care to ourresidents
- Implementing care plans, monitoring health status,administering medications
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, andinterdisciplinary team members




- Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliancewith safety, quality, infection control standards
- Adapting to different shift periods (morning / afternoon /evening), ensuring continuity of care across handovers

About you

- Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience workingwithin a Residential Aged Care workplace
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicateeffectively
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness toobtain
