Hello Capital is a new, cutting-edge finance brokerage backed by Shark Tank investor and entrepreneur Nick Bell and led by experienced finance executive Celeste Abella.

We're building a serious new player in Australian finance - and we're looking for an ambitious Residential Mortgage Broker who wants to be part of it from the beginning.

The role:

n

You'll take ownership of residential lending opportunities from initial enquiry through to settlement.

n

You'll:

n

Convert qualified inbound leads and referrals

n

Understand each client's property and financial goals

n

Assess borrowing capacity and servicing

n

Structure the right lending solution

n

Compare lender policies, pricing and credit appetite

n





Manage applications through approval and settlement

n

Negotiate with lenders and BDMs

n

Keep clients and referral partners updated

n

Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business

n

You'll work across home purchases, investment properties, refinancing, first-home buyers, construction, equity release and debt consolidation.

n

And if you already have your own book or referral network?

n

Who we want:

n

We want a broker who can sell, structure and close.

n

You're hungry. Commercial. Responsive. Great with clients. And you get satisfaction from getting difficult deals across the line.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

1-2+ years' experience in mortgage broking, residential lending or loan writing

n

Strong residential lending and credit knowledge

n

Experience managing loans from enquiry through to settlement

n

Strong lender and BDM relationships

n

Excellent communication and client-management skills

n

Strong CRM and compliance discipline

n

Eligibility for relevant aggregator and lender accreditations

n

MyCRM experience is highly regarded.
