You'll identify and convert recent lending opportunities, build trusted relationships with HNW clients and professional referral partners, and structure the right lending solution for each client. With a dedicated support team behind you, you'll be able to focus on winning business, managing relationships and driving deals forward rather than getting caught up in the administration.

What you'll be doing

- Originating and managing residential lending opportunities from start to finish.

- Building genuine, long-term relationships with HNW clients and professional referral partners.

- Understanding your clients' goals and finding the right lending solutions to help them get there.

- Working with internal teams and lenders to keep things moving.

- Maintaining a strong pipeline and identifying opportunities for new and repeat business.

- Delivering an exceptional experience that keeps clients coming back — and referring others.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in residential lending, mortgage broking, banking or a similar environment.

- Is comfortable working with HNW clients and complex lending scenarios.

- Has strong knowledge of residential lending, credit and compliance.

- Has experience with systems such as ApplyOnline, Mercury or similar lending platforms.

- Is confident building relationships with professionals and referral partners.

- Can juggle multiple deals without dropping the ball.

- Is commercially savvy, organised and detail-focused.

- Thinks "how can we make this work?" rather than "we can't do that."

- Takes ownership and genuinely cares about getting the right outcome for the client.
