This role sits within the Process & Business Excellence team and acts as the bridge between business operations and technology. You will work across multiple departments toidentifyopportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences through practical technology solutions.

You will play a key role in supportingWavelink'sdigital transformation journey, helping to optimise our core business platforms, develop AI-enabled solutions, and create scalable processes that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation Development

n

n
- Design and build scripts, integrations, and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency by using appropriate technology
n
- Implement andmaintainpractical AI components, leveraging existing ML frameworks and AI agent architectures if already exist or build AI components as per of the solution
n
- Support integration between business systems such as NetSuite and HubSpot or any other applications/software
n
- Support teams in adopting and effectively using AI technologies
n
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies andidentifypractical business applications
n

Process Improvement

n

n
- Identifyopportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommendappropriate technology
n
- Assistwithanalysing and documenting business processes
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business
n
- Assistwith project planning, testing, implementation,trainingand stakeholder communication
n

n

General Business Systems Support– HubSpot,iAsset

n

n
- Support system integration and datasynchronisation initiatives
n




- Support the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of HubSpot, iAsset and broader technical stack within Wavelink.
n
- Assistwith troubleshoot technical issues across current technical stack or solutions
n
- Assistwith system administration activities
n
- Assistwith developing integrations between NetSuite, HubSpot,iAsset, Power BIand other business applications.
n
- Support data quality, reporting, andprocess consistency across business systems
n

Governance

n

n
- Work closely with the Manager of Process and Business Excellence to prioritiseimprovement opportunities
n
- Collaborate with the external senior developer on solution design and technical validation, and participate in code reviews, testing, maintenance and solution handovers
n
- Follow established development, documentation, and governance standards within Wavelink
n

n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- 2+ years experiencein a system administration or dev role
n
- Experience using AI solution in process automation or business transformation related activities
n
- Basic to intermediate level knowledge of SQL, Python, AI tools,JavaScriptor similar application
n
- Basic to intermediate level knowledge ofERP/CRM platforms,HubSpotis desirable
n
- Experience with APIs andintegrations
n
- Experience creating workflows, automations,reports, or integrations within CRM or ERP environments
n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Experience with supporting or administering business systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar platforms is favourable
n
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
n
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches
