Unicare Health is a growing Australian healthcare equipment business partnering with hospitals and healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes, staff safety and quality of care.
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to grow our public and private hospital business. You will own key relationships, identify projects and procurement opportunities, grow existing accounts and win new business.
Hospital sales experience is essential. You will need to understand how hospitals buy and be confident working across clinical, procurement, operational and executive stakeholders.
What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategically important hospital accounts.
- Develop account growth plans and identify projects, replacement programs and procurement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships across clinical teams, procurement, department managers and senior decision-makers.
- Win new hospital business and increase our share within existing accounts.
- Coordinate demonstrations, trials, quotations, tenders and stakeholder consultations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline, accurate forecasts and disciplined follow-up in CRM.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated sales or key account management experience within the hospital environment.
- A solid record of growing accounts and securing new business.
- Understanding of hospital procurement, tendering and contracting processes.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and ownership of revenue and gross margin outcomes.
- Organised, proactive and consistent with follow-up and account planning.
- Experience with medical equipment, capital equipment, healthcare products, assistive technology or clinical furniture will be highly regarded.
