Field Service & Shutdown Opportunities Across NSW

Mader Group is seeking experienced HD Fitters to join our growing Specialist Services Team across New South Wales.

If you're experienced on Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, CAT, Epiroc, Sandvik or similar mining equipment and enjoy tackling complex mechanical challenges, this is your opportunity to work with an industry leader on some of the most demanding and rewarding projects in the mining sector.

From field service breakdowns and major component change-outs to shutdowns, rebuilds and planned maintenance, you'll play a key role in supporting some of Australia's leading mining operations.

The Role

Working across NSW mine sites, you'll be responsible for delivering safe,



and high-quality maintenance and repair solutions on heavy mining equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Breakdown diagnostics and fault finding

- Major component replacements and upgrades

- Shutdown maintenance and project work

- Equipment rebuilds and overhauls

- Servicing and maintaining drills, excavators and heavy mobile plant

- Completing work in line with site safety procedures and best practices

- Delivering quality workmanship with minimal supervision

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Australian recognised Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology

- Certificate of Proficiency (Mobile Plant)

- Minimum 5 years post-trade experience on mining equipment

- Strong experience on drills, excavators and heavy mobile plant

- Current C Class Driver's Licence

- Full Australian working rights

- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

- High Risk Work Licences highly regarded

- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality workmanship
