About the role

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of centre operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of building services and compliance standards. You will work closely with the Centre Management team to maintain a protected, efficient, and high-performing environment while contributing to the overall asset strategy.

Responsibilities

- Manage Workplace Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements
- Oversee contractor performance and procurement processes to ensure quality, compliance, and value delivery
- Monitor operational expenditure and maintain performance within approved budget parameters
- Coordinate building services, essential certifications,



and respond to tenant requests in a timely manner
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and environmental reporting

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in building services, facilities, or operations management (minimum five years preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude, with trade qualifications highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contractors, and compliance requirements effectively
- Well-developed communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Intermediate computer literacy and a commitment to safety, diversity, and continuous improvement
