Northern Vehicle Placements is the largest independent used car dealership in Townsville, and we’re growing. With a high volume of stock and strong customer demand, we’re looking for someone motivated and energetic to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting results, and wants to be rewarded for their effort. We value our staff and customer well-being and, on top of a generous remuneration package, we offer an attractive 3-day-weekend RDO roster for better work/life balance!

Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30-5:30, and 9:00-1:00 on Saturdays.

What We Offer

Rotating RDO/3 day weekend roster averaging 4.8 days per week

About the Role

As part of our team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business, including:

Selling and delivering vehicles to customers

Advertising and presenting stock online

Manage yard presentation and organisation

Running general errands and supporting day-to-day operations

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Motivated and driven to succeed

Energetic and proactive

Friendly and confident with customers

Reliable and willing to take initiative

Well-presented with strong communication skills

Management experience is an advantage but not essential, however previous automotive sales experience is necessary for the role.
