Key Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Scheduling service and repair appointments and managing vehicle check-ins/outs.
- Organising customer quotes for service and repairs.
- Following up on customer enquiries and ensuring timely responses.
- Keeping customer records spot-on and up to date.
- Helping out with general admin tasks as needed.

About You

- A customer service legend with excellent communication skills.
- Mechanical knowhow or automotive experience is a big plus
- Super organised with attention to detail.
- Reliable and ready to roll with a strong work ethic.
- Keen to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to pick up new systems.
- A valid driver’s license.
