Job Description

Australian Unity's Walmsley Aged Care in Kilsyth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical quality, culture and resident wellbeing. This part‐time role supports a 120‐bed community with a focus on protected, person‐centred care and multidisciplinary collaboration across the team.

You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, manage budgets and contribute to occupancy outcomes while aligning services to resident preferences.
