The Role

As Procurement Specialist, you'll lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier management activities across Technology and Marketing spend. Partnering closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll drive commercial value, strengthen supplier performance and help embed procurement best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing sourcing and category strategies across Technology and Marketing
- Leading end-to-end RFI, RFP and tender processes
- Managing supplier selection, contract negotiations and commercial outcomes
- Driving supplier performance, governance and relationship management
- Managing contract variations, statements of work and supplier disputes
- Evaluating contracts, pricing models and supplier proposals
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, supplier consolidation and service improvement




- Providing procurement advice and governance to stakeholders across the business
- Challenging existing ways of working and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Delivering savings, efficiencies and measurable commercial value

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring a strong procurement foundation, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to operate effectively within a complex and evolving environment.

We're seeking a procurement qualified with proven experience managing sourcing activities and supplier relationships across Marketing, Digital and Technology categories.

You will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in procurement, sourcing or category management within a complex organisation
- Exposure to Technology, IT and/or Marketing procurement categories
- Experience managing procurement activities across software, SaaS, managed services, digital or agency spend
- Strong end-to-end sourcing, tendering and contract negotiation capability
- The ability to manage multiple procurement initiatives concurrently
- Well-developed commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- A proactive, accountable and results-focused approach
- The confidence to challenge thinking and drive positive business outcomes

Experience across Marketing, Digital and Technology procurement is essential. You'll bring a proven track record managing sourcing activities across agency, media, digital, customer experience and technology-related spend, along with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and deliver strong commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the retail sector highly favourable.
