Job Description

UFS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to step into a Nurse Lead (2IC) role within UFS Medical. You will provide operational leadership, manage the nursing team, and work alongside the Nurse Manager to maintain high standards of patient care.

The successful candidate will lead, coach and support staff, ensuring governance, quality improvement and accreditation objectives are met across four sites. AHPRA registration and indemnity coverage are essential.
