Singleton Medical Centre and Skin Clinic – Singleton NSW

We are looking for a Full Time Practice Nurse to join our Singleton Practice on Monday's, Tuesday's, Thursday's & Friday's as a key team member working collaboratively with an experienced team of General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive services for our patients. Tasks

- Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data
- Pre-Employment Medicals including Order 45
- Audiometry
- Respiratory Fit Testing
- Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Care plans and Health Assessment
- Childhood and Adult immunisation
- Wound dressings and removal of sutures
- Set up and assist with small procedure's
- Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals

The Successful Candidate

- AHPRA Registered Nurse (Essential)




- Best Practice Software experience (Desirable)
- Must hold an immunisation certificate or willing to complete their immunisation certificate within 3 months of employment. (Essential)
- Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Health Assessment (Desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A passion for people and a personable approach
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with other nursing and clinical staff.
- Be available between the clinic's opening hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm
