An established Queensland builder-developer is seeking a Leading Hand / Foreman for a townhouse development at Pallara.
This is an off-the-tools role working alongside the Site Manager. You’ll take responsibility for daily site coordination, trade management and quality, helping keep construction moving through to handover.
The role would suit an experienced carpenter with leadership responsibilities ready to move into supervision, or an existing Leading Hand / Foreman looking for their next step.

The Role

- Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
- Monitor workmanship and quality across construction stages
- Assist with programming and short-term planning
- Organise deliveries, materials and site logistics
- Conduct inspections and follow up defects




- Help maintain site safety standards
- Support the Site Manager in keeping work on programme

About You

- Carpentry trade background
- Experience leading crews or coordinating subcontractors
- Residential or townhouse construction experience
- Able to read plans and identify construction issues
- Organised and confident communicating with trades
- Keen to develop a long-term career in site supervision

What’s On Offer

- $110,000–$130,000 + super, depending on experience
