About the role

This role involves creating visually impactful graphics, illustrations, motion graphics, and digital content for various platforms including web, social media, and print. You will collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to bring projects from initial brief to finished artwork, developing cutting-edge design solutions that communicate brand messages and enhance user engagement.

Key responsibilities

Conceptualise and create visually impactful graphics, illustrations, motion graphics, and digital content for various platforms, including web, social media, and print

Collaborate with marketing team and key stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements bringing a project from initial brief to finished artwork

Develop innovative design solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and enhance user engagement

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic and digital design to ensure deliverables are cutting-edge and competitive

Manage and amend multiple websites across various platforms, including WordPress, Silverstripe, and October CMS, and conceptualise and design new pages and layouts

Design engaging print material including newspapers, magazines, catalogues, and flyers





Design engaging and interactive online content including motion graphics for Google and Meta ads, websites, and social media

Design engaging interactive EDM campaigns and manage brochures and catalogues across multiple brands

Work within brand style guidelines, keeping brand guidelines up to date and ensuring all creative adheres to brand guidelines

Manage external suppliers such as signage and print companies, from obtaining quotes through to execution of final output

About you

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and digital design tools like Sketch or Figma

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a diverse range of design projects

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients

Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to incorporate them into digital design projects for optimal usability and functionality

Intermediate HTML and CSS skills

Experience in video editing and CapCut

Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to operate professionally in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail with ability to prioritise deadlines and work with tight timeframes
