The role

- Preparing tax returns and compliance work
- Managing a portfolio of predominantly farming clients
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Meeting with clients and providing tax/accounting advice
- Supporting and mentoring junior accountants
- Working closely with the Directors and wider team

What we're looking for

- 4-5yrs Australian public practice experience
- Strong tax and compliance knowledge
- Confident client-facing and communication skills
- Experience supporting and mentoring junior staff
- Stable employment history with positive previous tenures
- Full Australian working rights
- $125k + super
