Assistant Retail Manager - Northern Suburbs & North Shore

Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others become the best version of themselves? Elite Supplements is looking for an energetic, customer-focused retail leader to join us on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week), supporting our stores across the Northern Suburbs and North Shore.

What You'll Do

n

Support the Store Manager in leading the team and driving sales to exceed targets

n

Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections

n

Help coach and develop staff to perform at their best

n

Share your knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements (don't worry - we'll train you!)

n

Assist with rosters, stock and merchandising to keep the store performing and looking fresh

n

Step up and take ownership of the store in the Manager's absence

n

What We're Looking For

n





Retail leadership or supervisory experience - you've run a shift or a team before

n

A track record of hitting and beating sales targets

n

A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others

n

Strong communication skills and versatile availability (including weekends)

n

Supplement knowledge is a big plus, but we'll back the right leader

n

Willingness to travel between stores across the Northern Suburbs and North Shore when required
