We’re growing our Victorian team and looking for a motivated Product Specialist – Paediatric Orthopaedics to help develop our portfolio across metropolitan Melbourne. You’ll work alongside an experienced Victorian representative, gaining hands‑on support and product knowledge while building trusted relationships with surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders. Your responsibilities:

- Providing dependable clinical and technical support during paediatric orthopaedic procedures
- Building trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders
- Supporting the growth of our paediatric orthopaedics portfolio throughout Melbourne
- Managing and developing existing accounts while identifying new opportunities
- Coordinating surgical case requirements, including instrumentation, implants and logistics
- Delivering product education and supporting workshops, demonstrations and training
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of preparation, communication and follow-through
- Working closely with the wider Connexion Surgical team to achieve shared goals
- Developing a strong understanding of our products, procedures and the clinical challenges they address
- Looking for creative and practical ways to solve problems and improve the customer experience
- Taking ownership of your territory,

Experience in paediatric orthopaedics, trauma, limb reconstruction, external fixation or medical device sales would be highly regarded, but it is not essential for the right person. Skills can be developed. Character, attitude and alignment with our non‑negotiables matter more.
