As a Bartender, you'll be the face behind the bar, serving both classic and creative drinks with a focus on quality, speed, and genuine hospitality. You'll help ensure the bar is impeccably presented, guest expectations are exceeded, and operations run smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with professionalism and flair
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and engage with guests warmly
n
- Upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the guest experience
n
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area at all times.
n
- Monitor and manage stock levels and wastage
n
- Handle cash and transactions in line with hotel procedures
n




- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
n

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment
n
- Strong product knowledge and passion for beverages
n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Team-player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
