Greendale Landscape Supplies is seeking an experienced HR Hiab Crane Operator to join our team in Bringelly, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our construction and plant operations. As an HR Hiab Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of hydraulic lorry-mounted cranes on various construction and home sites. This role is essential to maintaining our high safety standards and ensuring timely project delivery for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Operating hydraulic lorry-mounted crane (Hiab crane) on construction sites and project locations
- Conducting pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on crane equipment
- Safely positioning and manoeuvring loads in accordance with site requirements and safety regulations
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures and legal requirements at all times
- Contributing to a positive workplace safety culture and reporting hazards or concerns
What we're looking for
- Current and valid HR (High Risk) Hiab Crane licence or equivalent certification
- Proven experience operating hydraulic lorry-mounted cranes in construction or similar environments
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to crane operations
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to professional standards
- Competency in pre-operation inspections and equipment maintenance awareness
