Job Description

Healthcare Professionals Group is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader/2IC in Lane Cove, NSW. The role combines hands-on customer service with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced medical device workplace.

You will mentor the team, manage orders, coordinate consignment stock and liaise with hospitals, warehousing and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, while supporting the Customer Service Manager as 2IC.
