Skills & Experience Require

n

n
- Senior construction/building contract and commercial management experience, including head and subcontract administration
n
- Proven ability to lead subcontractor and trade administration on medium to large built form projects
n
- Industry-relevant degree qualification
n




- Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations
n
- A clear, collaborative communicator
n
- Self-motivated, with the ability to drive outcomes independently
n
- A strong appreciation for systems and processes
n

The Opportunity

n

You'll work alongside an experienced commercial leadership team, providing end-to-end subcontractor contract administration, including but not limited to:

n

- Cost and head contract management
n
- Establishing management plans aligned with contract risks and opportunities
n
- Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules across multiple trades
n
- Managing progress claims and variations
n
- Applying a working understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and value-driven delivery
n
- Cost and project reporting via Jobpac and Payapps — training provided on the systems
