Responsibilities

- Lead and support thewarehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
n
- Coordinate receiving,storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
n
- Ensure accurate inventorymanagement and stock control processes.
n
- Operate forklifts andwarehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
n
- Maintain a clean,organised, and safe warehouse setting.
n
- Assist with training andonboarding of new team members.
n
- Monitor workflow andallocate tasks to maximise productivity.
n




- Conduct stocktakes andcycle counts as required.
n
- Ensure compliance withworkplace health and safety procedures.
n
- Work collaboratively withmanagement and other departments to meet customer expectations.
n

Your Profile

n

n
- Previous experience in aWarehouse Leading Hand, Team Leader, or Senior Storeperson position.
n
- Strong leadership andpeople management skills.
n
- Experience with warehousemanagement systems and inventory control.
n
- Excellent organisationaland problem-solving abilities.
n
- Strong attention to detailand commitment to accuracy.
n
- A proactive and positiveattitude with a willingness to lead from the front.
n
- Good communication skillsand the ability to work effectively within a team.
n
- Knowledge of workplacehealth and safety requirements.
