We are currently seeking experienced Boilermaker Welders for shutdown works in the Bowen Basin. Working a 7 days on, 7 days off roster, you will be responsible for carrying out structural repairs, fabrication and welding tasks in a mining environment. Successful candidates will be required to complete a weld test prior to commencement. Employees will depart Mackay on Tuesday afternoon, mobilise to camp and commence work Wednesday morning, working 12-hour shifts throughout the roster cycle.

Trade Qualification as a Boilermaker / Metal Fabricator
Demonstrated welding experience in heavy industry or mining environments
Ability to successfully complete a weld test
Standard Coal Board Medical
Standard 11 Induction
Current Driver's Licence
Current working at heights & confined spaces certificate (within 2 years)
Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
Ability to work effectively within a team workplace
