The opportunity

n

We're looking for a Floor Supervisor who loves hospitality for what it really is — people.

n

Someone who gets a kick out of a packed dining room, remembers a regular's name, notices when a table needs looking after and isn't afraid to jump in alongside the team when things get busy.

n

You'll work closely with our venue management team to lead services, support our people and help create the warm, genuine hospitality Panton Hill Hotel is known for.

n

You might already be an experienced supervisor.

n

Or you might be the bartender,



waiter or hospitality all‐rounder everyone already turns to when things get busy — and you're just waiting for someone to give you your first real opportunity to lead.

We're interested in the person, not just the title on your résumé.

Someone who naturally notices what needs doing and does it.

Someone who can have a laugh with the team but knows when it's time to lead.

Someone who cares whether a guest walks out the door wanting to come back.

And someone who wants to become genuinely good at hospitality.

You'll need to be comfortable working nights and weekends — that's when our venue comes alive and when great supervisors make the biggest difference.

You'll work directly alongside an experienced management team, learn how a busy pub really operates and gradually take on greater responsibility as your capability grows.
