What You’ll Be Doing

- Speaking with homeowners over the phone about solar and battery solutions
- Using your customer service skills to build genuine rapport
- Creating interest and booking free energy consultations
- Connecting interested homeowners with our energy specialists
- Working toward individual and team targetsDeveloping your communication, confidence and sales ability
- Bringing positive energy to our Waterloo office

There’s no hard closing involved. Your role is to start great conversations, understand each customer’s needs and book them in with one of our specialists.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are

- Currently working in retail, hospitality or customer service
- Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with people
- Ready to move into a Monday‑to‑Friday career
