REMONDIS Australia has an exciting opportunity for a driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in St Mary's, NSW. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you'll take the lead in growing our presence across a defined sales territory, connecting customers with smart, sustainable waste management solutions that make a real impact.

What you'll be doing

- Develop profitable current business opportunities to achieve budgetary and business plan objectives
n
- Maintain existing client base through direct contact with client representatives
n
- Maintain customer loyalty through sales call planning to enable service agreement renewals
n
- Seek and investigate opportunities to extend and expand REMONDIS services through existing client base
n
- Provide professional customer service and ensure all administrative duties are conducted effectively, efficiently and by due date
n
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to respond to sales leads and opportunities supplied by the business
n
- Maintain customer relationship management records as required
n
- Provide commercial and industrial waste removal and management solutions to best meet customer needs
n
- Regularly liaise and work with Operations on customer service issues and service requirement deadlines

Who you are

n

- You'll bring experience of business to business sales and will be able to share your track record of results in winning new business and/or retaining existing accounts
n
- To deeply understand how to best help our customers, you listen more than you speak
n
- You communicate well, and your written and verbal style when interacting with customers is as friendly as it is consultative
n
- You're able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system, ensuring you use our systems and resources to support your success
n
- You'll be a skilled presenter, able to engage customers with the necessary skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
n
- Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment
