We are a busy and expanding flooring distribution companyseeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, organised and friendly customer service person to support our team. We are offering a Full Timerole Monday- Friday.
The ideal candidate should have agood attitude towards work and experience of working within an office. Experience using Ostendo will be an advantage but not necessary.
Duties will include:
Order Processing/Data Entry
Booking Transport
Liaising with warehouse staff with any special instructions with orders or delivery requests
Other related duties as required
Customer Service
Requirements for job:
Working under pressure
Positive numerical skills
Accurate data entryand have attention to detail
Be able to work well within a small team
This is a very busy role and time management skills are essential
Role will Monday-Friday:
Supportive and friendly work environment
Onsite parking.
