Your Profile

We are actively seeking experienced HR Business Partners with:

Proven experience partnering with leaders and key stakeholders across an organisation

Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, policies and legislation

Demonstrated experience providing strategic and operational HR advice

Strong employee relations and performance management experience

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities

The ability to operate confidently within fast-paced and changing environments

A commercially minded and solutions-focused approach to HR

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
