We are currently seeking experienced Aged Care Chefs to join our team.

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in aged care cookery
- Availability to work day shifts during weekdays
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations for small resident groups
- Strong understanding of dietary requirements, texture-modified meals and nutritional needs
- Knowledge of HACCP standards, food safety and WH&S; guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal




- Genuine care and compassion for the well-being of residents
- A valid Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following proper sanitation procedures

Uniform: White long-sleeved Chef jacket, chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
